gutted if beever has signed for you,a great player for us ,his first touch is as good as anyone in the premiership and scores bags of goals, his workrate is as good as anyone i have seen and i have been watching football for donkeys years,if i had to rate him i would give him .good luck to him i say ,he gave 110 per cent every game he played for us
you will enjoy watching him play, hassles defenders all game and for a little guy wins headers for fun against 6 foot centre halves, gutted to see him go but he deserves a bigger club than us ,fair play to him, just make sure you look after him,a pocket sized genius
Good luck to you lot for the season as well.i hope beever will come back to us one day as it was a pleasure to watch him in a blues shirt
Saw Chuks Aneke on Monday playing for The Arsenal u21s against Everton u21s (2-0, both penalties). Tall, busy number 10. One wag, a young one, complained that he was supposed to be a striker but played more as a centre half! Youthful ignorance! Was 'in the hole' as they say now, playing the short passes & keeping the play flowing. But not a real threat. Arsenal's no11 caused the main problems for the Toffees. Pint sized, swift and tricky with good ball control. However, he was so small, I cannot see him having a premership career. Everton? first half down the slope, competed. Second half, easily contained by a well organised defence & reduced to long ball. Would Chuks add anything to NE? I have n't seen NE play, so cannot comment. Do NE need this type of player?
He probably needs to play a few games but somehow doubt whether he would get in, as I said was only a rumour.
