Bruce needs to be brave and surprise Cardiff with changes to team and system. I would go with a back four and have Fathi & Rosie as full backs, Cairney, meyler & Quinn midfield, Koren if it just behind Simpson & Pros. Then if things aren't working make appropriate changes early and not leave it too late. Case of freshen up or fail I think
Also, players such as Rosie & Cairney who are going out of contract have plenty of incentive

Something as to change either 1 up front with five in midfield, if he did that then Koren (if fit) and Myler bombing on, So it would be Quinn, Koren, Evans, Myler and Elmo. I would love to put fathi in and would be tempted to play him just in front of the back four in a holding role to add bite to the midfield and help protect the defence. Ive got to be honest the reason i have not is because i have only seen him for a few minutes and like many can't judge how good he is. What i did find strange is that according to fans what went to the Wolves game he had a very good game but was then dropped. The other option is to go 4 4 2 which would then be Quinn, Evans/Fathi, Koren and Myler. The problem for SB is he as played our system for so long now then with it been the final game will he be afraid to change it

You should also play Fryatt at left back and Stockdale upfront.

In an interview a few weeks ago,Bruce admitted that his biggest failing as a manager, was an unwillingness to change things.

I don't think any on here would disagree, that players are burnt out. Whether that be through fatigue, injury, stress through inexperience, or whatever. I feel if Bruce doesn't learn to make changes,we won't stand a chance.

Its simple...we need to get our best suppliers of assists in the final 3rd if we're going to beat Cardiff....Brady and Elmo! How Brady is 2nd in the league for assists is beyond me given the number of goals we've scored. Elmo also need to be freed up of defensive duties and that means Fahti to right back and Rossy to left back in a 4-4-2/4-5-1. Barnsley's hoof it forward and chase yesterday did us, mainly because our midfield and strike force (or lack of) went missing. I'd go with Simmo up front as well due to his anticipation of crosses into the box and bring Boyd on when needed (he looks a bit knackered lately).

    -----------Simmo-------------
    Brady-Quinn-Koren-Meyler-Elmo
    Rossy--Hobbs--Chester---Fahti
    ----------Stokdale------------

you think simmo can finish off crosses...

I do like the idea tho, If elmo is tired and it's affecting his crosses he needs someone behind him, and if it's his buddy fathi it might help. (which as a rule of thumb I thought it would be a no brainer to play all three Egyptians together to increase the bond and motivation)

but I suspect there no chance of seeing 451.

If Bruce doesn't mix things up an persists then what? surely the blame will
be all on him? (unless we win)
