Racist abuse in Poland/Ukraine is a very small minority, otherwise there would be huge opposition from all across Europe. The British media are at it again, they do it EVERY tournament, they did it in SA last time round, there were a few robberies and such but not above average levels and nowhere near the amount predicted by the media
Nazi chanting at EVERY game they went to in Ukraine and you think they are exagerating. Sky Sports also done a special last week which met up with hooligans. One of the fellas from the Shaktar Donetsk crew has been MMA training everyday and commented about how the English are all pissheads and that a lot of the Donestsk crew don't touch it and that if they see English fans they will teach them a lesson. Add into the mix that the Ukraine firms are joining together and also have firms from Russia joining them kinda suggests that there will be trouble.

And what do you know? You're ignoring the two countries problems with racism and hooliganism in football. My view has been made up by a number of television programs documenting the problems in football over there, two in the past week about the Euros.
Then by that logic Scotland, Ireland and Wales shouldn't get the Euros in 2020. Plenty of racists, bigots and hooligans here also.
