Just wondering if anyone else finds it a little bit amusing at the BBC's choice of reporters?
Most commonly the guy that reads non league results and other sports scores on solent after the games, A quite terrible lisp yet finds himself broadcasted to thousands of people each week! The laughter when he says a result which is 3-3 however is quite brilliant!
The reason this has suddenly come to mind is after watching the BBC highlights from the recent game in sheep land. The strongest welsh accent possible almost and some basic mistakes it leaves me amazed to think they pay these people to talk!

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/15118374.stm - Thats the link if anyones not heard it! (sorry for the reminder however!)

The Solent chap sounds a lot like Chris Packham, I actually thought Packham had a career change when I first heard him reading the scores.

Most of the BBC highlights of Saints seem to be commented by Peter Brackley, now he makes me laugh!

HA! That guy cracks me up, listening to solent in the car on the way home from a game I always forget about him being on there, then when he starts reading out the scores I can't stop laughing.

bwistol wovers, wowtherham, lol
