I am on the side of those not at all convinced Guardiola is any kind of answer to our problems. Seems our madman is willing to make a "take it or leave it " offer of 18 mill a year for 3 years, to land Pep. If true, about the only good news for me is I might be wrong and Pep might turn out to be the answer. Conversely, if he comes ,and fails, or Nero gets out his violin again and Pep joins the growing list of shaftees, what then ?? Having to offer 18 mill smacks of total disregard for the game, and total desperation by a man who has self destructed any credibility he might have had in the game, and is willing to try and buy it back.
