At first when I saw SOD being interviewed my mind was completely baffled as to how he gets any job if it's based on his interview skills, as he is awful. He doesn't have a clue what to say, can't give a straight answer, and the majority of the time looks completely out of place.

Whereas GJ (I have moved on, I am just using him as an example) was clearly very comfortable infront of a camera, which we all liked, but does that make the best manager?

This latest interview on the BBC page has made me see him in a different light completely. Who cares if he can't answer the same, generic, pointless questions we see thrown at managers and players constantly? He answered some very honestly and directly, and pretty much made 20pence look like an idiot in this interview. Shooting him down instantly over the type of questions he gets asked.

"Do you think you have what it takes to keep Bristol City in the Championship this season?" WTF is he supposed to say to that... "Well no actually I don't. I've come here, to pick up a wage until the end of the season, to show people I am still in football and still looking to coach. If we stay up or go down, I really don't mind either way." No, he isn't going to say that is he?

Sooooooo very tired of all these pointless pundits and after game interviewers asking the most stupidest and mundane questions. Why not just ask him what his favorite colour is, and his hobbies.

Well done SOD, go up in my estimation more and more every week!
