United usually are expert at dispatching the poor sides in europe. I thought you would destroy basle home and away. Very ssurprising. I've not seen anyone saying we had a tough group. It's certainly a group we should have at least qualified from but our attitude was terrible, we played as if matches were already won straight from the kick off.
Incorrect thread fail? To be fair, we did as well against Basel in Switzerland as Bayern did. It was just the home game where we ****ed up and basically gave them three easy goals. It was more a case of utterly ****e defending than complacency.
