I do think we should get someone from the bundesliga, it's the euro league closest to ours, in style of play, and team ability. I've mentioned Shinji kagawa from borrussia dortmund a few times, looks like fergie has been listening unfortunately.

 

Mario Gotze would be the dream buy but again his club want to hold on to him at all cost. Its not easy getting players from German clubs. They are under no pressure financially to sell. They only get rid once the players have a year left on their contracts.

We can only dream about it I am afraid. If I could choose one player it would be Schweinsteiger. OK, Messi would still go first. Bastian second. He is exactly the sort of player we badly need.

 

I agree. Sweinsteigger would instantly be our best player, and probably the best player in the premier league. Unfortunatly, trying to get one of the best players in the world for £90k a week is a bit like a toilet cleaning company trying to recruit a £1million a year banker.

 

I've actually never really watched him play. Based upon what I've heard, I certainly wouldn't mind him.
