Well lets wait and see , what he has to say on the 22nd! or if he bottles that one as well!
Granted his credibility has been damaged , however he has delivered on his promises thus far financially even if he is a bit shy of publicity!

He has more than damaged his credibility, how are we the fans supposed to trust him whole heartedly?

ST and DF need to find another "owner" willing to buy out this one and accept the bond repayments to LA , that aint gonna be easy! Like it or not Baz holds the whip hand!

If this threat is true I would love to know what the FA are going to do/say about this.
This must breach any rule they have around appropriateness of owners.

We are becoming a laughing stock.

Have said before I would love to See Mr Fransen own the club , but due to his "other business commitments" that wont happen any time soon!

Well times have changed and if he wants to go then he has to sell his club, he has to find a buyer. If he cannot find the money to keep the club afloat it will revert to the bondholders.

Yes it would, and it was stated on Tuesday that the board are in regular contact with the bondholders.

I believe that what we are seeing is just the tip of an iceberg, there are huge struggles going on that we are not privy to.

Would LA buy the club back at a much reduced price if LB effectively defaults? Now that would be one hell of a long range "punt" by his (LA's) team if it happened.

These Boardroom squabbles are getting to frequent, we need some stability and a lot less infighting! Are we going to be a mini pompey! heaps of new owners in a couple of seasons and everything as dodgy as hell!

As you know Norway I sat on the fence about him for a long time and was prepared to give him the benefit of the doubt. However GT said that he operates on whims and we have just been given a perfect example over the past few days.

This is no way to run any business, let alone our football club. The man has shown himself up to be a fool. By saying that he was withholding further monies for his own companies needs because someone has dared to criticize him in public is just not rational. The sooner he realises that he is out of his depth and gets a proper CEO in the better.

It seems like it is not only our manager that needs an old sage to ask and take advice from! A football club is not run like any other business, he just seems out of his depth, it appears that we have been his folly?

This would be hilarious if it wasn't so sad. It sounds like Fransen and Timperley have had to "talk him down".

Has he actually delivered on his promises as yet. He made a lot of promises about the pitch, the tannoy system, the stand, the Red Lion and the players and to my mind none of those has been fulfilled other than his bringing in 8/9 players as promised which wasn't the best commitment in the first place - as we've discussed, quantity is no substitute for quality.
