Yes it would, and it was stated on Tuesday that the board are in regular contact with the bondholders. I believe that what we are seeing is just the tip of an iceberg, there are huge struggles going on that we are not privy to.
Would LA buy the club back at a much reduced price if LB effectively defaults? Now that would be one hell of a long range "punt" by his (LA's) team if it happened.

As you know Norway I sat on the fence about him for a long time and was prepared to give him the benefit of the doubt. However GT said that he operates on whims and we have just been given a perfect example over the past few days. This is no way to run any business, let alone our football club. The man has shown himself up to be a fool. By saying that he was withholding further monies for his own companies needs because someone has dared to criticize him in public is just not rational. The sooner he realises that he is out of his depth and gets a proper CEO in the better.

Has he actually delivered on his promises as yet. He made a lot of promises about the pitch, the tannoy system, the stand, the Red Lion and the players and to my mind none of those has been fulfilled other than his bringing in 8/9 players as promised which wasn't the best commitment in the first place - as we've discussed, quantity is no substitute for quality.
