    Best Drivers:
    1st: Vergne
    2nd: Ricciardo
    3rd: Button

Not a lot of people have noticed how badly JEV has thrashed Kvyat this season, and his race pace all year has been pretty much as good as it can be, bar one or two races, he's massively improved his qualifying although it's still slightly iffy, but I think he's been the best driver of the year.

    Worst Drivers:
    1st: Kobayashi
    2nd: Raikkonen
    3rd: Ericsson

    Best Rookie (Magnussen, Kvyat, Ericsson):
    Magnussen by a country mile.

    Best Teams:
    1st: Mercedes
    2nd: Marussia

    Worst Teams:
    1st: Lotus
2nd: Williams - So much lost potential because of bad drivers and bad strategy calls

    Best Overtake:

Can't really remember much, will edit when I remember!

    Funniest-moment:

    See above.

    Most Surprising:

Rosberg dominates in qualifying... Nobody saw that coming.

    Least Surprising:

Hamilton fans claim he's god after winning in the best car of all time

    Special Mentions to:

Button - Deserves a drive but will likely end up without
Alonso - Out performed the car yet again, will be missed at Ferrari
Bottas - Most overrated driver of the season, even Webber has better starts and race pace!
Force India - One of the best driver line-ups for such a "small team"

    Season Rating: 5/10 -
Didn't really enjoy it all that much, needs more than one car being the best.

    *(Magnussen, Kvyat, Ericsson): Kvyat

    1st: Mercedes

    1st: Lotus
    2nd: Sauber

Best Overtake: Ricciardo on many many people.

Funniest-moment: Abu Dhabi pre race presser.

Most Surprising: Williams pace. Ricciardo and Alonso schooling teammates.

    Least Surprising: RBR cheated.

Special Mentions to: Jules and Michael. We need you up and about again.

    Best Drivers:
    1st: Hamilton
    2nd: Bottas
    3rd: Ricciardo (Sorry Nico...)

    Worst Drivers:
    1st: Sutil
    2nd: Gutierrez
    3rd: Raikkonen

    Best Rookie (Magnussen, Kvyat, Ericsson):

    Best Teams:
    1st: Mercedes
    2nd: Williams

    Worst Teams:
    1st: Ferrari
    2nd: Lotus

Best Overtake: Ricciardo on Vettel into the second chicane at Monza

    Funniest-moment:
No idea, Lotus mechanics laughing at Maldo's flaming car was amusing though.

    Most Surprising:
Not just how strong Williams were, but Massa's renaissance.

    Least Surprising:
Mercedes dominating the championship was obvious from pre-season

Special Mentions to: Rosberg, Vergne, Kvyat, Bianchi. No doubt others I'm missing

    Season Rating: 7/10

    Best Drivers:
    1st: Ricciardo
    2nd: Hamilton
    3rd: Rosberg

    Worst Drivers:
    1st: Gutierrez
    2nd: Sutil
    3rd: Raikkonen

Best Rookie (Magnussen, Kvyat, Ericsson): Kvyat by an absolute hair from Magnussen purely because he had a few standout moments whereas KMag was probably overall more consistent but can't help but feel he was a bit of a letdown a few times too. Though also credit to Ericsson, after looking like a total donkey for nearly half the season and even getting owned by anybody who showed up to drive the other Caterham, he started to get it together then ended up being pretty immense for 2 or 3 races.

    Best Teams:
    1st: Mercedes
    2nd: Williams

    Worst Teams:
    1st: Sauber
    2nd: Ferrari

(Lotus spared purely because their main letdown was the Renault, still maintain the car wasn't bad but losing Fric hurt them hard just when they had unlocked more pace).

Best Overtake: can't remember many, Ricciardo had several.

Funniest-moment: Grosjeans persistent outbursts on radio.

Most Surprising: Vettel getting pretty much owned over the season by Ricciardo, Raikkonen just being poor, the cars reliability being better than expected, Lotus aside!

Least Surprising: Mercedes pace advantage, 2 horse title race.

Special Mentions to: Bottas, impressive year. Bianchi for several good drives and scoring in Monaco, Vergne for much improved form, Force India for their fight with McLaren, Button for being consistently good.

    Season Rating: 5/10

Best Rookie: Can't choose between Magnussen and Kvyat

    Best Teams:
    1st: Mercedes
    2nd: Williams

    Worst Teams:
    1st: Ferrari
2nd: Lotus but it was close with McLaren

Best Overtake: The best was Lewis on Nico in Austin but my favourite was Vergne on Grosjean in the same race

Funniest-moment: Suzi: "Nicole is kissing Lewis's helmet. I don't know if he can feel it."

    Most Surprising: Massa's renaissance

Least Surprising: Vettel ain't all that

Special Mentions to: Jules Bianchi for his points as well as wishing him well; Alonso worked so hard for so little gain

    Season Rating: 7.5/10

    Best Drivers:
1st: Ricciardo. Stuffed Vettel pretty much all season, showed great racing and overtaking ability. To out race a 4xWDC in 'their' team at the first time of asking is very impressive. Deserved his wins, Hungary was excellent.
2nd: Hamilton. 11 wins, only Rosberg beating him in qualifying knocks him off the top. Did only what was required to win each race and always looked in control when leading, unlike Rosberg.
3rd: Just going to give this to Bottas, though lots of other contenders that could have got it. Rosberg made too many mistakes, Button only got it together in the 2nd half and Alonso drove well but seemed deflated at times.

    Worst Drivers:
1st: Sutil. Seriously unimpressed with him this year.
    2nd: Kobyashi. Such a shame.
3rd: Maldonado. Still too many crashes in between the odd decent performance. We have our new Andrea de Cesaris (RIP)
Best Rookie (Magnussen, Kvyat, Ericsson): Magnussen
    Best Teams:
    1st: Mercedes. Who else?
[/COLOR]2nd: Williams. Great resurgence, need to hone their race craft to make it back to the top step

    Worst Teams:
1st: Sauber. No points for the first time in their history
    2nd: Caterham. No progress again.

Best Overtake: No real humdingers, but some good scrapping at various points.

    Funniest-moment:
Vettel "tough luck" when asked to move over for Ricciardo.

    Most Surprising:
Williams keeping pace all year and actually closing the gap to Mercedes

    Least Surprising:
Mercedes total domination. ROS/HAM no longer chummy chums once the pressure of fighting for a WDC came in. Hamilton haters crying about him having the best car and making out that his fans think he is god as a result (not true on this forum where reaction has been pretty muted and acknowledge he had dominant car)

    Special Mentions to: Jules Bianchi.

Season Rating: 6/10 Would have been better if more pressure could have been put on Mercedes, but an entertaining battle between the Silver Arrows

Most Surprising: Ricciardo making Vettel look ordinary.

Least Surprising: Mercedes dominating. we knew it was going to happen (after tyregate)

Special Mentions to: Jules Bianchi. He was going to be a star. Very sad day in Suzuka
Season Rating: 4/10 - wasn't great. Poorly promoted, poor races, Uneventful outcome

Jenson going all sarcastic for a weekend

    Most Surprising:
    How bad Raikkonen was

    Least Surprising:
Bernie contradicting what he says every time he speaks

    Special Mentions to: Jules

Season Rating: 5/10 - were some decent races in there, but dominance of Mercedes made it pretty dreary
