No for me. A class player, but a thug on and off the field.

With you on this one Bakes. I really don't see why people wouldn't want him. I honestly don't think we'll get him though.

No as he could have a bad effect on team morale. Also dont want what happened to Dabo at man city (kicked in the face) to happen to one of our players.

I will be mortified if we sign Barton. What a foul person. Doesn't deseret to had the ability he has. QPR are a pretty well-likes club, let's keep it that way. Would rather sign Marlon King

How long before he'd be stubbing cigars out on Adel in training.

    A wasted talent.

    Emphatic no for me.

No as I've just found out we have one thug at the Club already! We have our quota filled.

    What rrrrrs said.

But having said that, I think if any manager could get the best out of him and curtail his indescretions....
Who better than our very own, Neil Warnock?
Warnock has a good track record of managing various rogues in the game. If anyone can sort Barton out, Warnock can, and will.

Although Barton is a pest on the field, and sometimes a liability, he must have some positives that Warnock thinks he can harness.
Otherwise Warnock wouldn't even entertain the idea of employing a universally perceived sewer rat.
( Do you think he would consider for a milli-second, of signing say, El Hadj Diouf ? )

In my opinion, Barton has tidied up his act a great deal in regards of off-field shenanigans and has publicly stated that he is trying to clean up his overall act.
Although this is still quite clearly ' a work in progress. '

If Warnock thinks he can do a job for us and can get him to London and play for the hoops,
then that qualifies it for me.
    IWWT... In Warnock we trust.

Not for me, the guy is a twat and a liability. He has talent but we need an engine that isn't prone to blow up!:emoticon-0149-no:
