    i was never against joey and hoped when he got back he would have kept his head down and won his place back by playing the football he makes out he can play. He only has himself to blame and should f off having ago at us.

    If anyone gets the chance to play in the south of France then grab it ... For your children? He will be enriched beyond belief ... On the pitch however we will do fine without him . I tip him to become a success as the French love a rogue

    Oh the welcome we got in Marseille during the World cup of '98.
    I can still see the wonderful looks on the faces of the locals as they threw whatever they could get their hands on at us. They were even so gracious to warm our hands by throwing a petrol bomb at our feet the little angels ( but I didn't think it was THAT cold :)

    I think this is definitely happening whether we get Mbia in return or not. As DT says its got to be a great move for him even on a loan just to get him off the radar for 6 months. Didn't do joe cole any harm and who knows it might turn into a perm deal

    DT i am currently very near marseille about 30-45 minutes up it is boiling hot and brilliant, staying in village called lambesc and not directly on the coast so it is cheaper than average round here, hoping to go in to marseille tomorrow, i hear it is great there <ok>

    I think everyone is getting carried away with Joey's tweets
    He only stated what he saw and it was no different from the rest of us

    What is Joey expected to do when Hughes wont even let him train or pass on his experience to the rest of the team?

    Hmmmmmm, you so where does that leave your Defoe ITK, that was ssoooo last year.
    If that's correct then 1-0 to me with Barton pending.

    Football world is mysterious. How on earth did swansea get 26-year old Michu, who was the best scoring midfielder with 15 goals in la liga, with just 2 million????? If that was possible, so maybe Mbia's transfer to us could be too?
