Barton has us all staring into the Abyss

Saw this tonight on "Caughtoffside" blog:

Barton is convinced former teammates Cheik Tiote, Tim Krul, Jonas Gutierrez and Fabricio Coloccini will all be on their way in the next 12 months.
Responding to a fan’s question, Barton tweeted: “tiote and krul will be sold as soon as there’s a significant bid or the ask for a new deal, jonas and collo off by this time nx yr”
He also said: “selling their assets and replacing with cheaper gambles. Santon?? 16 games since 2008, in a poor Italian league, hardly proven PL”

Say worst came to worst ( and he did get 2 out of 3 right in recent tweets)..........would that prediction coming true make you jack your season ticket in?

 

I am no way near being able to afford a season ticket, or going to the majority of home games, and I would love to be at all of them. I really really would. Back the team, no matter what. What would it do to team morale if fans stopped turning up?

 

I wish Barton would **** off. If he loves the fans so much he'd shut his big yap.

 

A complete and utter lack of decency and respect for the players listed and the NUFC fans that Barton so regularly tweeted were the only thing he loved about Newcastle .. disgraceful

 

Firstly , I wouldn't be surprised if Joey is right.

Second of all , if I had a ST I wouldn't hand it in , but I would expect enormous protests and boycotts , ones we are yet to see at Newcastle.

The protests after Keegan left will seem like peanuts because that was just the beginning , but this has accumulated for far too long and would definitely be the final straw in my opinion.

Also , Barton should **** off

 

Joey Barton is nothing but a nasty vindictive bitter little man, who is sad and pathetic and has to resort to smugness about us not getting a striker and pure childish behaviour. Nasty individual and glad he's gone.

 

He only hated the board enough to turn down a three year deal. He said on numerous occasions had he been offered an extra year he would have stayed, despite the nasty board. But it wasn't about the money. Oh no...

Funny, I commented about Barton and his desire to stir things up and create negative press for us despite not being here anymore, and I was accused of being an ostrich with my head in the sand because Saint Joey is always right!

 

To be fair I backed you up on there, it wasn't just the one tweet it was a handful of them in response to Newcastle fans who weren't happy with what he tweeted.

He has no respect and Tiote will tear him apart at Loftus Road. If we win he will shut his trap.

 

Reckon Pardew will print it out and read it over and over to Tiote before the match
