http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...gn=1490&utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitter Good god, where do i start. He's such an idiot, i mean how would he know, has he seen his session in person.
he may be right, have you ever been to a training session under fergie? putting down cones is fukin serious business don't you know? he's bang on about England though, loada ****e.
So he might be right. His strength as a manager was the ability to delegate in areas he was weak e.g. coaching. Barton most likely used the phrase he did for hyperbolic effect but probably isn't too far wrong.
Ferguson has openly stated that he lets the coaches and he as a manager manages. Because that's what managers do is manage things.
This. Barton's talking out of his arse as usual. Seems like he's still bitter as fook about spending his entire career not being good enough for England. His whole argument is bollocks anyway. He's right about a coach and manager being different, but that's where it ends. He's clearly forgotten that most English managers are **** - Steve Bruce is the only English manager in the top half of the PL. Whereas English coaches are going pretty strong - Chelsea are the only top PL club I can think of without a strong English contingent in their coaching staff. Heck, English coaches are probably more prevalent in the PL than English managers or players. Nice one Joey, keep that brain in neutral
Barton makes some good points but ruins it by coming across all bitter that he was never good enough for England. You can't just dismiss players' quality because they never won at international level when they come along rarely and are knock outs. They were a golden generation. Rio, Cole, Terry, Lampard, Beckham, Rooney and Gerrard, all european cup winners. Cruyf, Messi, Ronaldo haven't won the world cup either.
I'd love 10 minutes with Barton, me & 2ft length of 4x2 with a 6 inch nail in one end. The ****ing thick bell end is nothing more than an oversized gob sat on top of a **** house of a man, with a mediocre talent.
