Looking forward to seeing our all conquering starting 11 back on the pitch on Saturday, with the Brighton lad & Sam Field presumably bolstering the bench.

Hopefully our very own Bielsa @AllHellLetLoose can provide some team news.

Mr ban Gerwen says he is attending all 46 league games this season.

He could not get his bottom to The Valley last Tuesday

 

He didn't miss much by all accounts.

Seems our fringe players are way off the pace. A decent season is now completely dependent on our best 14 or 15 players staying fit. We probably can't afford to lose more than a couple of them for any length of time.
As for Williams, Taylor, Purrington & Cullen - even one of them out will be an issue.

Like everyone else I'm hoping the EFL is persuaded in the end to let us sign that second Israeli player.
And that the first one is ready to play soon.

Always enjoy a trip to Barnsley, with the disused pit heads surrounding the ground and a Town Centre that resembles Chernobyl. I haven’t eaten for two days in readiness for my favourite Barnsley chippy, where you get a fish feast and mushy peas and gravy for about £4.

Looking forward to seeing the Turkish Messi after....I’m predicting 1-1 and my trouser belt snapping.

First 30 min was our worst football so far this season, team disrupted by a head injury to Solly who had to go off. Their “worldy” woke us up, we were on top in last 15 min and Conor Gallagher took his goal with aplomb.

Barnsley the best side we have faced so far this season, a very tidy passing side.

 

Still hope we can win this.

2-2 in the end, and I'll take that. Barnsley have turned Oakwell into a fortress, and a point is a good return. Keeps up the unbeaten start, and Taylor now 3 from 3 (and the Chelsea lad 2 from 2!).

Daylight robbery- nicked a point really.

An ugly & disjointed performance for 75 min but the spirit was still there to get that penalty at the end. MOM Williams, with Pratley having another decent.
