The 4 players are reported to be Gregg Wylde - Now on a free Emile Sinclair - Emergency loan Anthony Wordsworth - in the summer permanent Mame Biram Diouf - Emergency loan
Who cares if it's not true, it's just so nice to be reminded of those good old days when we used to bring players in.
who the heck is Anthony Wordsworth ? never heard of him. ok he plays for colchester utd and has got 11 goals so far this season. but are any of them better than what we have got already one must ask firstly ?
am still waiting for someone to come up with anyone who is available that would actually improve what we have already ? still i am still waiting.
most of us have full time jobs and dont have time to trek round the world watching foreign/ reserve/youth team games...if you can arrange for city to pay me to do that, im quite confident ill find somebody out there who can improve our fierce goal ratio
It's about time people posting the bollox from that site on here received a ban! I mean what a waste of ink!
My son has just turned 7 and has 28 goals in just 16 games this season, i,m pretty sure he,d have put some of our multitude of chances in the last 3 home games away, he just has that knack of being in the right place at the right time and scores for fun, i,ve always played in defence or centre mid, so no idea where he gets his striking prowess from, our milkman must have been lionel messi....
It's all the confidence he's got from playing against a crap defender/central midfielder in the back garden for the last few years. The other plus point is he might increase our average height and pose a threat from set pieces.
I think it's a nailed on certainty... 06 Mar 2012 19:18:11 Hull City, Norwich City, Crystal Palace and Southampton are all keen on signing Peterborough striker Emile Sinclair. Hull boss Nicky Barmby was impressed with how the former Nottingham Forest striker played against them for Macclesfield in the Carling Cup earlier in the season and has put in a loan bid with a view to a permanent deal. 06 Mar 2012 13:18:58 Hull to sign gregg wylde after he had his voluntary redundancy accepted by rangers 03 Feb 2012 12:05:48 Reading are already looking to the summer and trying to sign the freescoring Anthony Wordsworth from Colchester. Wordsworth is keen to challenge himself at a higher level and Colchester have already received enquiries from Hull and Ipswich. The Mame Biram Diouf one is just nonsense, he signed a two year deal at Hannover96 in January and is in their starting XI.
Sinclair has looked a handful when he's played against us, wouldn't be a bad addition to the team if it did happen.
