Is this a real injury or is he being protected for a possible big money move in the January window. He has been admired by many and coupd be the next asset the club cash in on worrying times until the window slams shut I fear.
 
Possibly a broken Beckham bone, he looks likely to miss the world cup if it is as bad as first feared!

But he gets a little rest and could be fresh for an extended run-in
