It was like watching Sunderland play tonight, wasn't it lads? That was one heck of a performance from Barcelona. The last time I saw a team play a passing game like that was the 1970 Brazil World Cup side, with the likes of Pele, Jairzinho, Gerson and Tostao. IMO, they have set the benchmark for the rest of Europe to aspire to.
Just what I was thinking, Sunderland with a fit 11, and a few new signings, well 11 new signings, and a new manager, and trainer. Apart from those minor adjustments, spot on.
Remember the talk of a european league. What would be the point, it would be like watching the scottish league, only with skill, Many games, but at the end you know who's gonna be top. Mind i'd like to see Barca v Porto at the moment, reckon that would be the game. Barca would probably still win, but it'd be closer than Man U.
perfect 90's europe style team, a pure lesson in two touch football, gotta say i was hoping for barca, i just cant stand man utd and stoke, love seeing either of them beat
