Some agencies are reporting a chance of thunderstorms on Monday. If the system picks up speed then it could arrive Sunday during the race, although this is pretty unlikely at the moment.
That would be rubbish. I want a normal race to see where the cars are after testing. I should get what I want, shouldn't I?
This forecast says no rain: http://www.eltiempo.es/en-provincia-barcelona/domingo-14.html The circuit location is between Sabadell and Granollers.
BBC weather for the circuit is now available Sunday may be touch and go, still think it'll be dry however please log in to view this image
It won't rain. It just won't. No. Even so, if it's much cooler on Sunday than Friday and Saturday it might have a serious effect on some teams' tyre management.
Not necessarily. In China the ambient and track temperatures were stable throughout the weekend so the influence of car setup on tyre behaviour was the same on Sunday as it was on Friday and Saturday. Of course the teams will have learned from that and they also have plenty of cool conditions data for Barcelona from winter testing so perhaps a change in the weather won't have as dramatic an effect as I suggested but it could still cause problems if there's much of a difference.
overcast and 10 degrees cooler than yesterday at the moment, raining in the western parts and could come over to the track at some stage during the race, should be interesting for sauber and ferrari.
Seb might try to go very long on the hards and hope for rain at some point after all the guys on options pit, gifting him the lead!
