Firstly I must congratulate the Bantams on their historic cup semi final win over the Villains making the comatose giants and former FA Cup winners and Premier League club the first team from the forth tier of English professional football to make it through to a major cup final. The Chairboys game this Saturday against the Bantams is subject to a pitch inspection (11am Friday) with the frozen Valley Parade pitch under several inches of snow and with further snow forecast before tomorrow’s thaw (unlike the residents of Wycombe Bradford’s 300,000 population don’t posses any snow shovels) the game looks unlikely to go ahead if it does I apologise now anyway I will be expecting the Chairboys to come away with all three points with Matt McClure returning to the team with a hat trick http://www.wycombe.vitalfootball.co.uk/article.asp?a=306518
Perhaps they were afraid of our recent run and i bet they did nothing to try and get the game played. All teams in this league should be made to have undersoil heating like in recent times if a ground wasn't considered up to scratch they wouldn't be allowed to be promoted from the conferance.
Shame this game is off as it would have been a good time to play them with Wembley on their minds, who would go in for hard tackles and risk getting injured or suspended. It's funny how Rotherham are playing after fans helped to clear the snow and it's not far away from Bradford.
My sentiments entirely I think the game on the 12th Feb should be a doulble header with all six points ridding on it
