I half disagree, its been too long since weve seen a defender win the ball in the opposite half, unlike mccarthy n mccauly. On the other hand he has average qualities in his game too. Would be a loss to city

Good from a business p.o.v but tbh, we can't really replace him atm, if Mee or Mills came in, then its upto Sven. I would have Mills and Bamba as the centre backs but if Bamba leaves then i think Vitor would be the best partner but he always get injured

Don't think anyones knocking Bamba, just discussing the fact that we couldn't cope without him unless more defenders are signed. Personally after the impact he made in the first few games, he started to get cought out towards the end of the season, i still wouldnt sell him, but i can see the draw of some clubs taking the offer of 10x what we paid for him 6 months ago, but we don't need the cash tbh.

We won't be bringing in 3 more centre backs. We need Bamba. Quality player on his day, he just needs to learn to play it simple and play the offside rule. He is terrible at playing the offside rule. He's sort of the anti-DJ Campbell.
Sol Bamba made to good a start(goal with his 1st touch) personally if we get a offer over 2mill take it put it towards a better defender think Sol could cost us dearly in a crunch match, plays on the ball to much! and will get caught out.
I just wished Paulo was given a little more money as we would of signed Ashley Williams at the start of the season
