Thanks RoadRunner.
Two important things here.
1. Team orders. The video posted earlier in the thread contained a radio message from Kimi saying "If we want to try to win, I have to get past" and this came 1 lap before the overtake -- so the radio message you hear in the race edit must be a response to Kimi's plea.
It's no different to Alonso's "I am much quicker than Felipe" and "This is ridiculous" radio messages from Germany 2010. IMO Lotus made the right call to make Grosjean move over, just like Ferrari made the right call in Germany.
2. Alonso onboard incident with Rosberg. To a certain extent I can see why the stewards decided not to penalise Rosberg - Alonso was always behind Rosberg. However, Rosberg moved to the right far too late, putting Alonso into a position where if he didn't move right, he would either have hit Rosberg's rear wing, or he would have had to back off. Drivers shouldn't have to take evasive action when trying to overtake on a straight! Rosberg should have left some space on the inside, and in my opinion he was lucky he get away with it. Hopefully the drivers will sort this one out at the next drivers meeting.
