Apparently he's back at spurs already. So its either hill and Dunne or Yun and hill playing. I know what I prefer, it also explains the manager comments about him.
Not a lot of sympathy here! He was just a better version of boswanka. His commitment was embarrassing. Redknapp stated hed turn up to games and not know who they were playing when they were at spurs. I don't know how the could resign him after that.
Link Flyer....because BAE is a bit like a bad penny....I would worry about him turning up unexpectedly! Anyway, if you are right nd I hope you are right)........... away team (Arrys choice not mine) Simpson, Ned, Dunne, Hill Home team (my choice not Arrys) Simpson, Ned, Hill, YSY
Ok, I live half the world away and we still have Roman numerals on our clocks BUT how come the loan players are gone yet will still have games to go, albeit the 'play off's'. Is it because the standard season is completed? If so, that's is a bit harsh, we could well do with players like Morrison.
The others are fine. Apparently his knee is dodgy but we dont know if thats just to save face or hes really injured. Remember redknapp came out and said hed been a disappointment and he hadnt featured since then.
But I think he also said BAE was a big game player...that sentence was what was worrying me...because that is just scary...playing a half fit, disinterested, slowing fullback...and what would that do to team moral too (the ones that care..will be completely demotivated by the inclusion of someone who doesn't care)
Nows the time you want everyone to be in it together, Im sure everyones had a slacker in a team or at work and the natural reaction is to want to stop busting a gut and sinking to their level of commitment.
'I play for the money. Football's not my passion' http://www.theguardian.com/football/2010/may/01/benoit-assou-ekotto-tottenham-hotspur Need to say more ?
Whilst BAE undoubtedly has got the ability he's attitude is just wrong. It's Yun for me to play but won't be surprised if HR goes for experience.
His first appearances for were very promising and he looked very skillful. I totally lost faith in this guy when he had an argument with Austin at LR and I believe that is about when his performance started to change from bad to worse.... Happy he is gone anyway - so hopefully it will be CH tomorrow.
which means Dunne playing, Id be utterly shocked if he picked the right team. I hope he does for all the fans going up there.
Opposite affect for me I'm afraid mate. i've actually got more respect for him now than i had previously. You cannot critcise someone for telling the truth, just because you dont like it He was honest. Shame we dont have more of that. Do i rate him as a player? Yes. Do i think hes good enough? - yes Do i want him at my club? - No, not really! Wish a few more could be that honest....
No doubt he is a excellent baller, on his day he would be our top player BUT unfortunately his heart was not in it. He cruised through too many games and would never be up for a real fight in a QPR jersey. We need our best players fit for the play offs but also need players who will give it one final 100% effort, BAE is not one of those players. I hope Yun gets his chance.
So right DROG....the playoffs are between 4 fairly equal teams...the team who wins will be the TEAM that wants it most We need 14 players in each match who want it more than anything else
Unbelievable ........ is it any wonder he seems disinterested when playing. I don't care what anyone says, if your heart is not in it .............. it shows.
......... and or has the 'bounce of the ball / the luck'. Would it be fair to say that you could have two teams playing very well but one team seems to be winning all the 50/50 calls, bounces, etc .............. not to mention the ref and touchies. I'm thinking in the first instance, we need the to team to fire and then we need some luck. We've had a pretty lackluster year so now would be a good time to everything to come together .................. I will continue to dream.
