A big blow but thats whats the squad is for. In all fairness Don gets stuck in and unlike Medel can nick a goal or two.

Thought he played well when he came on Saturday, he might have to share the full game with Gunnarson.

I said on this forum there was no way Medel or Noone should be risked. Poor management from Ole and a big mistake.

It was a perfect chance to give him a week off to recover from the huge effort he puts in every week.

Agreed. Ole, affable fella that he is, is not off to a flyer...

Hope Mutch will be for for Saturday. Very much (no pun intended) needed now.

Agreed Don did well in the second half Saturday and defensively is probably better than Gunnar.

Time for a Churchillian effort from players, management and supporters.

Bluey - I think Mutch has got a more serious hamstring injury than will allow him to play this weekend. Pity that he seems to be a bit injury prone.

Must be related to Darren Anderton - the original sicknote.

If unfit then KWJ has to start ahead of Campbell otherwise we will be a team of short arses apart from cb's and KWJ does a very good job defending set pieces regardless of what he does up front.

We need to score, I can see us starting with KJ and FC, Hull is a big game, it could be THE game, the one that gets us firing, or the one that condemns us. 7 points from this month wouldn't be so bad providing it means we kickstarted at last.

City's midfield has been a problem all season.

Without Medel's defensive quality and Mutch's drive, it is far too weak.
