But is it really? All of the staff were brought in under Sir Alex, and had been part is his coaching regime for years. Leaving Fergies staff could diminish the power Moyes would have in the dressing room.

Don't see it myself the most important staff member to keep is Rene, and that looks like it has happend. Can't imagine any board member agreeing to get rid of staff if it was to the detriment of the club, Moyes knows what he is doing and with fergie still there he won't let it be ****ed up.
And also Phelan was thinking about leaving as there was talk of him seeking a management position else where.

Moyes is right to bring in his own backroom staff. Needs to be his own man.

Hopefully he brings in a defensive coach and a goalkeeping coach so we can stop having to come from behind as much, there always seems to be a problem for us in a season

10/11 were were dire away from home, 5 wins was it

11/12 we were to open a the back and everyone was going on about how many chances we would allow the opposition

12/13 we had to come from behind in probably about 1/3 of the season.

    13/14 ??????

I thought the Chavs were big fans of the new broom. Yours gets used at least once a season.

Fair play to Phelan and Steele though. Never before in their careers will they have been rated so highly by so many as they are right now.

This particular Chelsea fan will support his team whether they win or not. I can see why that concept would be alien to a glory hunter like yourself though.
