    Surely they could return them as "Faulty Goods"

    I think that the expression is "Not fit for their designed purpose"

    On another note, I have just heard that Steve Bruce has sent the whole sunderland squad to be ex-rayed...................................to see if any of them have a ****ing backbone.

    Yeah, Anne Summers is the same. They wouldn't let me return my co/k ring even though it was too small!

    Mind you... probably should have made some attempt to take it off before trying give it back to the counter girl.
