What's your bad booze, the booze that you just can't stand either because you don't like the taste of it or it brings back bad memories? The first time I ever got drunk was on a cocktail of various drinks but the one that I could taste when I was chucking my guts up was Malibu. Can't even stand the smell of the stuff to this day. A few seconds after turning 18 I was handed a large glass of tequila and told to down it. I'd only been 18 for about a minute when I engaged in my first legal chunder. I can drink tequila now but only once I'm already hammered. But Malibu.....no.....never again.
I can't stand spirits. Whiskey and Vodka are awful. I used to hammer Jagerbombs, I reckon I'd be on my back from one now. There's never ever been any alcohol that I like the taste of, I just drank it because I had nights out. Nobody can tell me that alcohol tastes nicer than a drink of juice or pop. I can't imagine me ever drinking again now.
Red wine, Tequila, Whiskey and Brandy All minging. Gin and Vodka I can do. In fact Vodka is my beverage of choice
Black sambuca, **** just sticks in your throat. Don’t even like the original sambuca yet that stuff is 10x worse. Malibu as well, hostel I was staying in in Amsterdam a few years back was doing two shots of Malibu for €4, got ****ed up on it. Woke up the next morning covered in toothpaste, hair gel plus other things, also had a bruised back and thigh where I apparently stacked down some stairs and then a yank that was staying in our room said to me as I woke up “ah looks like you had a good night, huh?”, just about remembered where I was.
How the **** can you get pissed on Malibu? Your more likely to puke your guts up a long time before getting pissed on that muck/
Shots of Malibu ffs Gin is the main drink I can't stomach at all, ****ing grim stuff. Hate white wine but that is just the taste of it, lager/ale/guiness also vile
Always stayed well clear of Stella as it used to send my mate doolally...its' nickname of "wifebeater" is well earned.
Where I lived growing up in Leicester was about a 4 mile walk from the town centre ... one Xmas eve me and my mates had missed the last taxis and had to walk home ... one of the lads had got absolutely wasted on Pernod and was staggering all over the place ... we managed to get him home and his dad helped us get him over the door step ... managed to get him into the downstairs loo where we later heard he had ben throwing up the rest of the night/morning .... went round to see him later on Xmas day and his old girl opened the door ... the whole house reeked of ****ing aniseed ... he swore he would never touch the stuff again... Had a bad night myself on Southern Comfort at Uni ... still quite like it mind
We used to call Lowenbrau "Loony Brew" in Leicester - not sure if people did elsewhere? - the urban myth was that it made people really aggressive ... can't say it did me ...
