As every true Sunderland knows we all love to be pessimistic....given that last season was a nightmare on the injury front and that it seemed that we were rushing people back afterwards I thought we must be doing something wrong in the physio/rehab part of the medical team at the club - any ideas if we have changed anything behind the scenes which might allow us to have more than 12 players to choose from in Jan/Feb?

SB has moved some people around and he said they are working more together to prevent all these injuries we had last season.

So IMO if we get ALOT of injuries this season it has to be down to the training methods.

I think the installation of under soil heating at the AOL will help us allot on the injury front.

Playing on frosty pitches & being being unable to maintain fitness levels due to weather had a big part of play on the situation.
