Yep... Being 5 seconds away from victory to then go and lose on penalties is gutting and sickening. But we gave it our all and even with 10 men we dug deep against the best team in Europe and probably the world.

As soon as it went to penalties we all knew we'd farked our chances. Bayern wanted revenge and though this doesn't fully cover it, they have got a bit back. Feel bad for Lukaku but this will make him stronger. Not one player played badly out there. Oscar, Schurrle and Hazard were world class. Our back four and Petr were simply brilliant. Torres played well... And Lamps and Ramires both had good games. Fact is we all thought we were gunna get smashed yet we ended up being 5 seconds from being the winners.

Prague was a great city to hold it in. Boozing thursday and all day friday though obviously gutted after the game. Pubs full of Chels with top chanting and all. Our end was the worst part of the trip. Shambles. It's a farking final and loads were sitting there hands under bums doing fark all. We had Bayern fans in our end ffs! The ones in front of us left sharpish as we didn't stop giving them stick and rightly so. Was very disappointed with our support at the game.

But we did a good job and the team is coming together. All that without Eto'o, Willian and Mata as well. So proud of the boys. Spoke to Alan Smith at Prague airport and he said the whole sky sports team have been shocked with how we've dealt with United away and Prague and they now make us favourites for the title. Onwards and upwards!

On another note I'm going to China on Monday as part of my university course. Thus I won't be on here as often. So I've spoken to the other two mods and said I'll step down. It's a great board and I'm sure the new mod will do a great job too. I'm back in January for a month but then away till June when my 8 months in Shanghai finishes. So cheers lads and up the Chels! <ok>

I dont reckon I could do it now! I find it hard work getting to the Bridge and back!

Haha that's brilliant! My first Super Cup and I won't forget it. Such a brilliant trip from start to finish despite the end result. I'll fit some games in in January and February when I'm back though I'm sure!
