Both have life long negative effects. FGM they cut the external parts of the vagina off, including clitoris. Circumcision cuts away part of the sensitive skin, akin to the clitoris in function and also causes later in life erectile dysfunction as circumcised kids end up with reduced sensitivity on their penis Both boys and girls have no say in these barbaric primitive practices (uncommon medical needs apart obviously) Now there is a market for the removed parts of baby boys for celebs, to use the contents of butchered baby genitals on their faces. Circumcisions aren't always cultural or religious mind ... one of my cousins had to have it as a baby because the foreskin was too tight ... apparently this is quite a common occurrence ...
You can't compare circumcision with fgm. They're obviously 2 totally different procedures but also on different parts of the matching male-female bits. Had my circ' done in my late 20's. That losing sensitivity bit is rubbish. Medical and hygiene factors favour circumcision. Penile cancer is incredibly rare in circumcised dicks. And no cheese either! Anyone performing fgm should be castrated themselves with blow torches! And as for the title heading, no one ever said wealth made you smarter! They're just sad, sick followers of fashion.
It was across the board from USA to America to african armies etc So for example you couldn't be a marine in the USA unless you got circumcised which lead to baby boys being circumcised at birth. Not because of religion but hygiene The British forces had a lesser impact on general circumcision but mainly due to the NHS and resources after the wars
