    Actually moles do definitely not increase your chances of getting skin cancer. The only problem is that if you develop certain forms of skin cancer you might miss the physical warning signs because they can resemble normal moles.

    Actually, scrub that, I was wrong according to the BMJ you are more susceptible to melanoma if you have moles, much more! Sorry!
