I'd add that I like the way the club come straight out to quell rumours like this as I think it sends the correct message out to the players and fans. I don't htink he's going now, his clause is apparently only active until the end of the month (though who knows what to believe) and once that date passes I can't see us selling him for less than £15m. It was a blessing for us that his awesome half a season was the first half as if he'd been available for £7m after playing ace for 5 months he'd have gone by know.
