Best Driver: Well I guess Rosberg was flawless, but Bottas for me, despite the error. Worst Driver: I'll let Kobayashi off as it seems it was a brake failure, so Perez for me - completely schooled by his team-mate. Best Rookie (Magnussen, Kvyat, Ericsson): Got to be Magnussen, but Kvyat was very good and Ericsson at least respectable, giving his limited running. Best Team: To finish first, first you must finish, so Mclaren Worst Team: Terrible weekend for Lotus Best Overtake: Not knowing he had problems at the time, Magnussen around Hamilton looked good. Funniest-moment: Nothing really stood out, so Button getting circumcised. (I thought I was being original with that until I read JC's, damn) Most Surprising Result: Seeing as I never thought he'd make the top 10 pre-FP1, Ricciardo on the podium. Best Driver: Button for me. Struggled in Qualifying but got himself back up through the grid for what is looking like a podium 3rd at the moment. Would have been Bottas but for the error. Special Mention to: Ricciardo (good race, poor team) Hulk, (I think he might replace kimi sometime this season) Race Rating: 7/10 exciting first 10 laps, but then fell into a 'follow the leader' pattern Best Commentator/Presenter:
Best Driver: Rosberg was flawless, so guess it has to be him. Followed a great start with a brilliant race performance. Worst Driver:Perez. Not great all weekend, and poorer in the race. Alwats liked him, but looked like a pay driver this weekend. Best Rookie (Magnussen, Kvyat, Ericsson): Magnussen. Couldn't be anyone else really. Awesome performace all weekend by the young man. Best Team:McLaren. Played a blinder bringing JB in when they did, the strategy on both drivers worked a treat. Worst Team: Lotus. Sendind Grosjean to the end of the pitlane at the wrong time. D'oh. Best Overtake: Bottas on Kimi. The first time, round the outside, on the edge of the track, brilliant. Funniest-moment:Button's nose. And his follow up comment that it got cold because of it. Most Surprising Result: Red Bull getting it wrong with Ricciardo. Least Surprising Result: Mercedes being quick Special Mention to: Button and Kvyat. Button for a great recovery drive under difficult circumstances and Kvyat for being better than I thought he would be. Race Rating: 8/10 Best Commentator/Presenter:Brundle. Actually Kamui was a class act, he thought it was his fault and accepted responsibility, after investigating it with the aid of telemetry it came to light that he'd had a major electronics problem and was exonerated of any blame.
