    Shorter trips for supporters next season.

    City supporters will be travelling 565.8 fewer miles in League One next season.

    With distances measured from Ashton Gate to the respective opposition grounds, City fans will travel a round trip of 7,048 miles in the 2013/14 season.

    City have gained shorter trips to Swindon Town, Brentford, Walsall and Coventry City.

    And lengthy stints to Middlesbrough, Blackpool, Burnley and Blackburn Rovers all disappear from the fixture list.

    Carlisle United's Brunton Park represents City's further away trip of 2013/14, a full 555.4 mile round trip.

    In all City fans will see a decrease in miles travelled from last season's tally of 7,613.8.

    Peterborough United - 173

    Port Vale - 136.6

    Preston North End - 193

    Rotherham United – 178.7

    Sheffield United - 175

    Shrewsbury Town – 113.1

    Stevenage – 141.1

    Swindon Town - 48.5

    Tranmere Rovers - 192.6

    Walsall - 99.8

    Wolves - 96.2

    It's bad news for me losing all the NW fixtures going to mean a lot more traveling.

    There's some bloody horrible names on that list - Stevenage, Crawley, Crewe and our old Nemesis Tranmere !

    I lost Blackpool but Preston is a nice friendly ground if you are disabled thank god we don't have Scumthorpe they treat you like second class people.

    surprised to see milton keynes are closer to bristol than brentford,

    It is, but it's also a royal pain in the ass to get to. All cross country via Swindon and/or Oxford, or go the long way which is M4 and M25 north

    PS Why are Scunthorpe still appearing as L1 club on the NOT 606 menu page and Bradford are still appearing to be in L2 despite being promoted ?
