I was a firm believer in DEMI = ONLY HALF A COMPLETE MANAGER! before he started and hoped he would flourish and become the complete finished article by the end of 2012/13 by taking us to the play off's .....but not the division 1 ones!Thank goodness the TEAMS AROUND US GOT HAMMERED AS WELL....
