This might be a little naive but i was thinking how frustrating it is not being able to go and see important away games because of ticket allocation and you have be a season ticket holder to have priority which is correct but it got me thinking how good it would be to have it on a giant screen at St Marys and charging people a fiver or so for entry to watch it,it would generate extra income and would be great for the fans but like I said I'm probs being naive as there are probs a load of rules and regulations stopping it happening.can anyone enlighten as why this couldn't happen? Also can anyone confirm that we did have a giant screen at the dell once? Swear it happened!
I think you'd probably find that ultimately not too many people would go. The first few weeks, and big games, you may have a case, but it'd be expensive to set up. Especially as the stadium isn't really near where people live, it's a lot of effort to go and watch on TV! Maybe I don't have enough faith in Saints fans, though.
I always wondred why they dont show them live on Saints Player...... extra ã5 per game or so.... Id pay!
Think there's probably some kind of copyright here. Remember that the BBC pay tuppence halfpenny to show ten seconds of Saints on The League Show. Could also reintroduce a new curse. We did show one match on a big screen...I believe it broke down and we lost!
