Refusing bets doesn't make much sense to me (unless they are unusually large or suspicious). If the bookie feels at risk he can lay off bets.
No chance, the bookies run the game over here. 2000 aussie is just over a 1000 of ours I think, great for small stakes punters, no use to the big punters, better than nothing for serious average punters who cant get on because of their style of betting.
