    Normally today would’ve been a day of drunken debauchery but I’m on a health & safety course through graft

    absolute doddle considering I only done the same course bout 2 years ago only thing that has changed are the staff nee way I was saying out

    Going to take some food to my mate whos now out of hospital
    Gym, well pool, my knee can't take too much yet
