Hey guys, As all of you will no doubt have noticed, we have teams entered in to the U18 and U21 leagues respectively and they tend to play on the same day as the League matches. Just out of interest I wondered if anybody was aware of whether it's possible to see these matches live at the game? I haven't seen anything on the Spurs website to suggest you can, but we all know the Spurs website can be fairly poor at times. Any help would be gratefully received.
Morning Gio Yes, spectators are admitted to both age groups. I went to see the under 18's two weeks ago and I would say there was around 150 spectators and I was at the under 21's game last Saturday morning and there was a larger crowd. These games were played at the current training ground, but it is almost certain (but not definite) that theese were the last games to be played there before moving across to the new facilities, so best to check with the club before setting out. Another reason to double check with the club, is because under 21 league rules state that at least 2 home games be played at the main ground at WHL. Spurs have yet to announce which 2 games these will be. Another point to bear in mind is that if you are considering taking in an under 18 Spurs away game, that not all clubs admit spectators to these games - Reading for example only admit those directly associated with the players (parents, brothers, sisters). Hope this helps
