Double-Dare it is then stewie. You need to win it to cancel out Penshaw's grenade though

 

With all entries in already, only Devo and meowth are assured of not having their totals increased by Optional Cards.

Penshaw is in a Double-Dare, so will see his total either multiplied by 0.75 or 1.5
As the player of the Double-Dare, Stewie's will either be halved or Doubled. But as Penshaw has thrown a Grenade, his score will actually just stand or be doubled .
SB3, Hermy and richie are all on the receiving end of grenades and face a doubling of their totals.
