According to that graph, having 1 shot in a game and scoring 1 is better than having 10 shots in a game and scoring 9. If I wanted to sum up our season so far I'd say that we've done extremely well to be in 6th place, and we also have the best defence in the league. That shows neither.
The attacking part makes sense, it certainly doesn't surprise me to see that we are the 3rd worst team for finishing. But the defending part is nonsense. Shots faced to goals conceded, surely that's a goalkeeper stat? If you wanted to compare defences, why not just shots faced?
well it kinda prove more that a working defence is a bit better than a working attack , though it doesnt really show by how much.
