First PL season we were voted by the fans of all other clubs as officially the best fans in the league and our home record was outstanding. Beat Arsenal, beat Manchester City, lost to Manure by the odd goal (When Sinclair missed an open tap in), drew to Tottenham when they were the form team of the league (12 wins in 16 I think it was), beat Liverpool, etc, etc. There's no doubt in my mind the players respond better when the fans get right up for it and for all the slagging off of certain players our fans haven't exactly been on top form either this season at times. Let's get the Liberty rocking on the weekend and let Tottenham know this is our house. This is a crucial game IMO because a result would take any pressure right off us for the time being so let's get behind the boys for 90+ minutes regardless of how we are playing. Agree , too often this season the focus has been on the negatives ,We're home playing against one of the leagues' biggest clubs with a world wide audience .We've earned the right to be here so lets enjoy it .
Yes the atmosphere has been dire compared to past seasons and needs to improve as the players do respond to how much atmosphere is in the stadium. Cut the booing out would be a start and more singing.

I think it's because our performances have dropped off, we have always progressed onwards and upwards for years, but I think deep down many are worried with our lack of shape this season, and the tail end of last season, actually after winning the cup we've been on some tropical beach somewhere, and that's transfered to the fortress liberty support, which has resembled a library of late. One of the worst games was the Valencia game, I was sat in the East stand for that one, thought then, I hope this doesn't develop into a feature. I agree with No10, we need to get that drum banging again, and the North bank need to clear their throats and take the lead, we need to make the Liberty a fortress again, because when it's intimidating, opposition players make mistakes!.............
