As the saga dragged on, I've increasingly felt it was a good thing. Due diligence progressing, less chance of the takeover falling through. I have to admit though if it's not finalised before the weekend, I won't be feeling nearly as sure. God forbid if this thing did collapse, we'd be completely fooked

Given how Bates shafted the russian gangsta at Chelsea by selling all those assets to shell companies just before selling the club wouldn't you be making sure you were making sure that every nut and bolt was accounted for before handing the cash over? I just hope who ever is fronting the deal has no old Leeds connection. No Revie, no O'leary.

A bit like the constant clamour on here to re-sign ex players. it never works we should only be signing new talent. The only exception I would make would be to take Luke Garbutt on loan from Everton.
