    why dont the club go back to pay on the day for those who dont have tickets and save fans the long wait at the ticket office

    Are you trying to say that the doubling up of having ticket office staff and turnstile staff, as well as additional queuing isn't what you want? Maybe if we averaged some 10,000 home fans it may be worth it but I also find it amusing that the ticket office is about 20 yards from the turnstile and the queues almost overlap!
