Personally, I don't think any of the red cards were deserved. It's just that the way the game has become so gay and lame. But having said that, I have seen far more instances of red cards being deserved and not given than we have recieved. If we stay up it has certainly not been via the help of the officials. They've been shocking.
Spot on Nines, couldn't agree more. The elimination of the physicality from our game has done real damage to the sport imo.
Hill, Traore Cisse2 and Diakite were deserved. The others should never have been given and the "victims" should have been disciplined, retrospectively if necessary. Wonder whether Walker will be forgiven for getting Adel sent off? Still he could always claimthat 1) He didn't think Clattenburg would do anything about it or 2) He too had forgotten that Adel was already booked.
If we manage to survive with the FA doing everything in their power to send us down, it'll be a minor miracle.
This is very true I would vote seriously that the Masons are doing everything they can to influence our failure but team sport is difficult to control for them.
Justin, don't Department S have an Anti-Mason section?
In 70's none one of our sent offs would have been red cards. Two or three of them have been disgracefully cheap ones.
