Now then.. There is times in our lives when you look at different professions and think "I'd be shoite at that", but then you get people riding on an ego that think they can do anything and fail miserably.. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/19856136 At least he's got the message.. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/25342229
Newcastle were a sinking ship when he took charge. Cant really him from that short spell in charge. I think he'd be similar to Keane and have success in championship but would struggle to manage players at top level.
Surely being the top scorer in Premier League history he could offer something other than boring us to sleep on match of the day? How has he not got a position at any football club as a striker coach or striker scout or something? He must be either A) Boring the chairmen to sleep during the interview or B) Too egotistical to take a job at the bottom of a ladder.
Thing is Parker, he tickets himself in a big way and sort of thought the job was his when they went down. He took over a team full of international players and had a good few games to save them and failed and if memory serves me right without google picked up about 4 points from a fair few games? A good player maybe but then you get boring, rigid, stiff old Tony Pulis with a team full of Championship players, 6 out of 9 isn't it?
