At least 40 dead in Egyptian football riot

AFP Riots after a football match on Wednesday in Port Said left seven people dead and 35 others wounded, state television reported. Nile News Channel said the riots pitted fans of Al-Ahly against Al-Masri clubs, leaving "seven people dead and 35 injured."

Channel 4 news now saying 40 dead.
