    No sport ? IMO the last two weeks have been incredible (apart from pathetic TeamGB football team <doh>), the middle Saturday was terrific. Those guys and gals sweated blood for their medals. Don't get me wrong, football is my first love even with the overpaid prima donna pansies that play it, but come on WCP the olympics have been superb from start to finish <ok>

    Good to see us playing a first XI in a cup match.

    Good to see Chops and Scotland playing up front together.

    Good to see Hyam in the side.

    Good to see a proper goalie between the sticks.

    Good to see we have two CBs keeping Delaney out of the team.

    Good to see Bullard, Bowyer and Leadbitter not taking up valuable pitch space....

    Delaney was away on international duty so he might still be first choice!

    Sounded like Hyam struggled at times, giving the ball away, but it also sounded like he's much more confident, for example making the run into the box that resulted in the penalty. Maybe this could add another dimension to his play? Don't think he's good enough to play week in week out, but he's an excellent prospect and needs to play 25-30 games this season instead of 15.

    Sounded encouraging, would have loved Chopra to get a goal to set him up for the real start to the season, but it sounded like Scotland had a very good game. Interested to hear what the people who were there feel about the performance.
