Let's face it, the arrival of Jackland in the Championship in 08-09 interfered with our little chit chats on the old 606. When you came up from League 1, the 07-08 was a blast on the forum. Real shame that, as many of us in Cardiff, the capital of Wales across here, really see Wurzel City, the capital of Turnip Valley over there, as our historical rivals - even hysterical on times............. I remember wurzel posters such as BumCreaminBriz, Bob_Bob_Super_Knob, CaldicotCiderHead, WestonRed, Donnelly Yates, Twizzler et all from that 07-08 season - where are they now? Must confess that I haven't visited your Beeb 606 much lately, so they may all still be posting, but we could do with a reunion. I see you have some replacements such as banksy and old wizendred giving it large, so I suppose they'll do for now. Righty ho then, I'll start the forthcoming new season off right now. Do you think you'll manage to avoid the drop next year?

I reckon we might have a better season this year depending on signings, more to the point do you think your boyo's might have the inevitable drop away after all the disappointment of this season? Some of our lot have signed on to other forums that have a very similar format to 606, I'm gonna try both as i quite like this one, but maybe we will see you there too?
Banksy - I'm sticking to this one. A lot of the CCFC 606 regulars are already signed up on here and are already posting on the Cardiff board. A lot more have also signed, but are waiting for the Beeb 606 to die a natural death before coming across regularly. Don't think I'll bother anywhere else at the mo. In answer to your question - there are so many factors at CCFC at the moment that we could go up, down or even out of business. I think DJ will go and the Malaysians have another decent go next year moneywise. Just hope Sam "the scam" Hamman is still lurking in the wings waiting to pounce - the guy is like a fart in a space suit - he just won't go away.
We've gone through a traumatic time,personally I still think Millen could be weak but he did well in the end last season and I've got to give the man a chance to see how we develop,so I'm full of hope because at least we are settled. Cardiff on the other hand seem to be heading for rougher waters,so it could be interesting,I hope so.
