A decision over a judicial review which could thwart a new football stadium in Bristol could take up to two months it was stated in the E/P on the 12/09/11. At that time the Bristol City Council said it would "rigorously" defend its decision which would allow the stadium to be built. Once a judge has examined the paperwork, it will either be rejected or a hearing date for a review will be announced. The administrative section of the Royal Courts of Justice said this could take up to two months. We are now heading for the end of November,with all the changes at the gate, Ashton Vale has slid onto the back burners,everything has gone quiet,nothing is being said by BCFC,Bristol Council or the courts.
